It is good that you come to this site to let out your feelings but you should also be talking to you therapist. In order for you to make safe decisions you will need to calm yourself. Maybe even ground yourself with grounding techniques. The other day after session I had to use an ice pack when I got home because I was feeling unreal. The cold ice pack helped ground me. Try grounding yourself and contacting a therapist or someone else you can talk to. Once you are able to calm yourself you can decide what will work best for you. I hope you feel better.
