No they wont take your kids just because you are in therapy.
The only way they will do that is if someone (neighbor, friends, relatives, or mandated reporters like - teachers, doctors, therapists and so on ) makes an abuse complaint against you saying you are hitting and hurting or neglecting your children.
For example if a teacher saw bruises on one of the children and they asked the child what happened and they sam mommy hit me then the teacher legally has to put in a call to child protective services and then child protective services sends out an investigator. the investigator talks to the teacher, the child then you and if they find cause then and only then will they take the children.
It works the same way with seeing a therapist - if you say to the therapist you have hit your child or yelled at them with words that are considered emotional abuse (name calling and humiliating the child, self injury or suicidal behavior in front of the child) then the therapist will make a report to child protective servises for investigation.
