Stuck...No way they will take your children from you for being emotionally down. They only take your children when they are being abused and neglected....not because mommy is sad. I think this fear that you have goes along with the fear to leave your home.

I would call DHHR and set up and appointment a week away and prepare yourself to leave the house and go to that appointment. It's important that you be able to support yourself and your kids. If you have no insurance or medication, and feel you need the help, the DHHR caseworker can refer you to a few different mental health clinics.
