I will start the day off in a fairly decent mood. But there is always something that goes wrong when waking the 4 teenage boys that set me into an agitated mood. Sometimes when they leave for school it will go back to decent. On occasion though, it has become rather aggressive. I will be grumpy and make smart remarks to my boyfriend for no reason. I am also experiencing jealous for the first time since I was 17 years old. That could be because I am 20 pounds overweight and my boyfriend tends to make remarks about the cute little petite woman we see in public. How can I control my moods better? I don't want to snap and hit someone, and I feel like that is what is going to happen.
