Personally, I just think there is a sense of desperation in the labour market, too many people available, and too many mind games in hiring practices and resumes and job search now. People can't just be themselves on a resume, they have to BS, elaborate, modify and design so many times, that hiring crew play head games in hiring to get info they are not allowed to ask, interviewees are getting tired, it is just so mind boggling now. The HR industry is so polluted, nobody knows what to make of it anymore.

For those seeking, and those hiring, there needs to be a lot of weeding out of corruption but in the end it still comes down to the bottom line instead of quality and satisfaction of crew and company.
