I had been seeing T once a week for almost 3 years..and that was perfect. A few months ago, T and I decided together that I was ready to switch to every other week. Just recently, lots of stuff has come up, and now I'm wishing I was back to every week. My T is great about finding a spot for me, if I ask for it...but I think I'm going to talk to her about going back to once a week for a while.
