I'm glad you had a good day. Maybe it is hope that the new med will work? Thanks for sharing your positive energy with us. Have you noticed that when we have good days we tend to feel bad about feeling better for someone else, but if we have a bad day we withdraw so as not to bring others down? I think we need to worry less about things like that. When people are down and post asking for help, that gives us a chance to help somebody, and I know that it helps me to be able to do that. And when someone is doing better, that gives the rest of us hope and/or tells us that something we said might have done some good! That's even better. So try not to feel bad for feeling bad or for feeling good, ok?
