I believe that there are privacy policies on various websites especially blogs everywhere. Certain key phrases and topics can cause a person to lose there account access.

So in it is not just in China there is this type of monitoring.

There are governments that do censor certain key topics. China is one of them.

But I believe that the Homeland Security and what other alphabet soup intelligence organizations do practice similar monitoring of key words or phrases as well.
