But I too have survived H**L.

And I am still here.

We can do it.

Oh, it hurts.

It seems so cruel.

I relate.

And you don't have to apologize.

I feel so guilty, too, about my needs, about just taking up space on the planet and needing people who I am sure do not need me.

I guess that last part is not true, but it seems true quite often as I still cannot connect.
