From what I read, it looks like Bettendorf, Iowa, where the Abbey is a hotspot of drug and alcohol problems/treatment. That the place is managed by the IIAR; one can't even get any reviews on it and "Proctor" really. I'm not sure that substance abuse rehab people do reviews as much? There are so many places. But it is odd that there are no reviews.
