Similar to the other members, I encourage you to find a safe haven to speak about your feelings. Perhaps a T that is neutral and will validate your feelings and help guide you.
Sometimes our family members are "too close" or have issues of their own so they cannot help us...it's so important for your health and well-being that you find someone IRL that you can speak with.
Also, please keep posting here and let us know how you are doing. There are lovely people here, lots that can relate and will provide another supportive place for you to express your feelings.
