okay, he's so not worth the obsessing! you need to move on FULLY. block them from FB. obviously reading his and/or her page is upsetting you. you need to protect YOU. as much as curiousity is wanting you to look, you need to keep your FB account but BLOCK THEM. I can't imagine you're fully into the new guy if you're still stuck on the old guy. doesn't your new guy deserve all of your attention? heck, you deserve more attention than you are giving this loser.

I'm sorry you're feeling this way but you can change it! I used to be obsessive about exes when I was younger. I'm older and wiser now and just chalk it up to "you're not that into me? okay. BYE!" it's very empowering. take care and fight the good fight!
