I just had what will be my last session for the next two weeks. I still find it hard to believe. But, oh, what a day I've had! No dysthymia attacks, no getting all worked up over nothing, letting things slide lke water off a ducks back. Plus, practicing calm and soothing inner voices during tense situations.
I'm so proud of myself! Days like this don't come often, but when they do I feel on top of the world. I believe enough in myself that I can make it through the next couple weeks without therapy, and I have my most awesome T to thank for that. She's taught me well. Thanks a bunch, MR!
