Start with attitude; you can't know the future but you can affect it. If you are looking for trouble, you will surely find it. Look for good things to happen, for tomorrow to be better. What did you learn from yesterday? How long did you have problems; one class, half a day, all the time after Suzy said. . . to you? What thoughts or situation triggered the worst of your feelings; did you sleep well night before last? Did you have a fight with a parental unit? Did someone say or do something? Be a detective and tweak what is going on with you; your thinking or lifestyle and see what happens; be curious and excited about sculpting your own life experiences artistically
