Hi kapone12 - if these thoughts are affecting your ability to function i would contact a therapist and seek treatment. As i said in another reponse to a similar thread - its not unusual to have regular thoughts about death, i don't think its ever something we become immune too but with age and experience i believe we can learn to live with it. I hope that by entering therapy you will learn ways of accepting and coping with the uncertainty. Its a difficult topic for most so your certainly not alone but its down to you to learn how to manage these feelings so you don't miss out on having a happy, fulfilling life. All the best.
