I sure hope it goes well! The statistics for appeals are promising. I would be worried, too!

My county operates free motels with food service for its MI patients who would otherwise be homeless. I live in a rich county and realize that for the rest of the country, the situation is much more miserable, but it would not hurt to seek social services' help - may be there is something available.

Please post after the hearing. I bet you would be anxious for weeks until you receive the decision in the mail. That's really tough.
