Hang in there. It sounds really rough for you right now. It also sounds like you're still taking care of yourself. That's great, and so hard to do.
I've had chronic headaches for twenty years. They suck! It is so hard to think straight. I find an ice pack helps A LOT. I look like one of those old cartoon characters with it sitting on my head, but at least I'm more comfortable. Are they tension headaches? Do you feel them in your neck and shoulders too? Try looking to the right and roll a golf ball down the left side of your neck. For your back and shoulders try rolling on a tennis ball. It's awkward and a bit painful but helps relax those muscles that go up and over your head. Check with your doctor but I find alternating Tylenol with Advil works best for me.
Keep talking/venting its good to get it out of your head.
