Is there more than ONE counselor at the school? Can you possibly see the other if there is? I can't believe they'd only have one. It might be sticky changing to another, but if your mental health is at stake, I'd do it.

Can you check at the local Social Services in that city and see about their Mental Health Services and what they have to offer? They might have some counselors you can see. Check with them and see what you can find out.
