There is a book called "when going through hell don't stop" it's about how to deal with clinical depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts one day at a time. It's supposed to give you real practical solutions to dealing with all those things. I've had two therapists reccomend it to me. I finally bought a used copy online and I'm about to start reading it. Maybe this would help? If you have a library close by they might be able to get it for you, most librarians are actually really cool when it comes to finding these kind of books.
