If you think you're getting worse instead of better push to see the psych again. Then tell him/her that therapy alone isn't working. Professional or not they're not always right. Doctors are human and not mind readers (as much as I would love mine to be). If you didn't fully open up last time try to this time. Or try to see a different one. I know it's hard but you've proven you can do hard things. Trust me, getting out of bed when you're depressed counts as a hard thing.

Keep seeing the counselor it takes time. So do meds. Not what anyone wants to hear. It can and will get better if you stick with it.

Pat yourself on the back for reaching out for help. Try and cut yourself some slack. Do something nice for yourself.
