I also drink a vega protein shake that's loaded with antioxidants, greens, and probiotics ( non dairy ) and bunch of other stuff in it like chlorella, sometimes I put some of the vitamins in the blender with the shake. Beats swallowing them all. First protein shake I have had that tastes pretty good and that I can actually feel a big difference from. plus one of the only ones that is gluten and dairy free.
