Who told you those mean things? They were LYING. You are not horrible, you just have a few problems just like every other human being on the planet.

Can you get away from whoever said that? Tune them out?

Talk to someone, do you have a T or a friend or a family member you can talk to? Crisis line maybe?

I know being alone when its really bad is impossibly difficult to deal with, but you can do this. I believe in you, and the people here at PC care about YOU.

Can you go somewhere? Call someone or get someone to come over and stay with you? You don't have to do this alone.
