Well even if you don't feel like it you know that you DO deserve a good day, in fact you deserve LOTS of them. That's why I think it is good to post good days here where we have others to remind us of that.

That is absolutely great, a great attitude. If it tries to surface for air just dunk it down again. If it comes up again, remember that you did it once and you can do it again. Any time away from that voice, long or short, is an accomplishment worth celebrating. Good for you!
