I'm very glad you're a "coward" as I'd be very upset if you did anyting self destructive.
You think you manage to hide your horrible, real self from the world, but the truth is, Fuzzy, you are not horrible, but because you have been abused, and on top of that, you've been dismissed by people who should have acknowledged that abuse, and supported you, but who, instead blamed you, you have internalised those feelings and convinced yourself that you are worthless.
I can't impress upon you enough, how false those beliefs are, Fuzzy.
