All of these are good, but the body language and intent is just as important as the words if not more so. I've had some of these used in a very sarcastic, biting manner or with that "tone of voice" that makes me believe that they are just patronizing me and are not actually concerned for my welfare. In some cases, however, I'm sure I'm reading things in to it that don't really exist.
