So are you going to the Heath Service at this school to continue getting your medicine? - is that why you are be weary about letting know your entire mental history.... because you need this place to get your meds and yet you are afraid of how they will react about you being a cutter since they are a Christian facility?

And - for the records, from my POV.... I think you telling or not telling them about your condition is just like being open with any one else you may meet in life (Christian or not) there are some that you will open up with and then there those that you will remain silent with.
BTW - I am a Christian with a mental disorder / depression and I do not judge nor condemn any other person for their issues..... I know & understand.
