Too much caffeine can increase anxiety, so it would be good to be careful.

I like the taste of Rockstar and NOS and try to get them in bulk when they go on sale. Then I drink my entire stash. Sometimes right before bed. If you don't have energy to work with, caffeine doesn't help much. When you are worn down, what you need is more resources to work with.

Try eating some apples before work. It is supposed to be as effective as coffee for getting you going to start your day.
