I didn't realize so many people felt ignored. There was another thread somewhere on the same lines as this. I feel really bad about people feeling ignored. I'm sorry if I didn't respond to your posts when you needed somebody to.

you know what they say-it's the squeaky wheel that gets the oil. Unfortunately not everyone who needs oil feels comfortable squeaking about it.
