Sometimes therapists have psychiatrists they work with often and vice versa, so asking for a referal of someone they have worked with might help with the coordination. I still have an empty feeling in me, I wish someone could just save me. I don't know if that's how you feel but everyday is a challenge. It sounds like you have realistic expectations which is good. I hope you feel better, your not alone.
