I think I'd rather go for unemployment than short-term disability. It will look better on your resume' or if your next prospective employer calls your last employer for references. It won't be such a good reference if you were on short term disability, ya know? So go for unemployment if you can get it. That won't look bad at ALL. See what I mean?
