grrrr.
I informed my PT today that I'm not even walking 1000 steps a day! He was surprised and suggested that is why I can't lose weight..and suggested a bike.

We've already been through the bikes with him!!! Over the years I went from a regular bike and miles of travel, to a recumbant bike (and workout in his gym/office) and when that became too much, I bought a 3 wheeler and had the brake on the handle and no friction with pedal brakes... and that became too much.. and I had to quit walking about the community...
IDK why he can't remember all this... maybe because he doesn't feel the pain??? Sorry, I've rambled.
