I think you answered your own question? Now, ways to help get back onto a good schedule... get at least 15minutes of sun each day... don't sleep during the day, take very short "power" naps if you must though... do your best.. you can always use a sleep remedy for short term, to get back on schedule. Sorry to hear it was so whacked!
