My T tells me quite a bit. Most times, it's things that are relevant - showing me that she does understand what it's like or that things do get better. Sometimes, if I mention something and it's something we share in common, she might tell me about her. Because I like it when she can relate to me about general things.
Sometimes though, she mentions things that aren't completely relevant but are along the lines of 'I was doing ..... this weekend and thought of you' or 'I was on our annual holiday up in .... and saw ..... and it reminded me of you'.
Even those disclosures aren't completely relevant, I still like them
