I completely understand where you are coming from. You can only read so much, exercise so much, watch tv so much...hell even use PC so much

The catch 22 is that if you're lacking motivation you hardly feel spurred on to try other things either *sigh* at the moment im just trying to work on awareness - if i try and connect to my environment more and be mindful of when im in need of better stimulation rather than letting myself trail off into unproductive activities i feel i have a better chance of putting my time to good use.
