Well they have pharmacy's in there, you do not have to be a member to use them. The pharmacy is not legally allowed to charge more that 14% more than what they pay. If you can get the generic form of your meds, you can save more money. I am taking the generic form of prozac and for three months supply, I pay $7.00. I hope this can help you out.
