So some of you may have read that at my last session my T said that we would set up a time for us to talk and check in this week because it's rough right now...but I didn't hear from him yesterday about setting up and I haven't yet this morn either...I just get sooo anxious that he will forget about me-when this happens in the past-I act out (I know...at least I'm aware of it now) and I don't want to do that...but I just get so scared he will forget about what he told me we could do : (
