You want your shifts changed for health reasons but, then talk about your wedding planning needs and hanging out with your boyfriend?
Yea, I'd be questioning your credibility with that and couldn't care less about someone planning a wedding or how stressful they think that is when it comes to a business decision.
As an employee, even if you had a valid reason for accomidations, you're only entitled to what is reasonable so, if your employer is correct and money would be lost if they were to comply with your needs, perhaps it is time for you to find some where else to work.
