That's why it's good to talk about it or write about it when you're angry to figure out what you're mad about.
And then there are tons of healthy ways to express anger. Basically anything that doesn't hurt yourself or someone else. I have handouts on it somewhere. I have a little history of anger problems lol....

I didn't realize that pain is a primary emotion. I thought it was a sensation.
A sense of injustice explains my anger.
