For what it's worth, I have the same issues myself.

But, that's the nature of online public forums. If this were real life, then we wouldn't get all of our friends and colleagues together to watch two of our friends who were in a dispute with each other. We'd try to handle it privately. And of course, neither person in the dispute would want the other person to talk about it with the shared friends out of fear it would be misconstrued and that they wouldn't be able to defend themself.

It's the same thing here, if you look at it that way.

If we stick to the guidelines, we should all be ok. Hang in there
