<font color="purple">more and more I am becoming aware of my changing cycles.... there are many times when i can feel the onset and tell what cycle it is that is coming... sometimes i can work right thru it and sometimes I cant..... My husband and my best friends are usually able to tell before me that I am about to cycle.... some ways that I can lessen the storm are:
* writing it all out... every ounce of what I am feeling no matter if it makes no sense of not ..
* talking with those that are close to me about what I am feeling and what fears or concerns may need to be addressed...
* talking with a professional in a safe environment helps me feel just that, safe...
* taking time off from work and staying away from triggers and anxieties....
These are just temporary helpers.... I encourage counseling, meds, and learning as much as I can about my disorders, issues, and self....
