Any opinions on Celexa? Has anyone had any success with it?

Many people have success with Celexa but many don't. What anti-depressant will work for a person is very idiosyncratic. I think you have given Celexa a fair trial, with little results. You are up near the top of the dosing range so I think it is time to try a new med. If you had some success with Celexa but not enough, adding a second med might be an option, but since you have had no success, I think your doc might suggest trying a different med entirely and dropping the Celexa. Also, adding psychotherapy to an anti-depressant tends to be better than an anti-depressant alone. Good luck.
