I had an intake appointment with the mental health clinic. I was going to a psychologist, but my insurance suddently decided not to pay for him anymore--so I had to find another place it would pay for. I was emotion exhausted by the time I got home; I'm having to start over with someone new. but i kind of have a good feeling about this one.
