I don't know why but I just get a good therapist and they leave. I have an appointment today with a new one and I hope this one is helpful. I mean helpful in a non-judgemental way but in a way that challenges me to make my life better. I want to get better but I have so little energy it is hard for me to try. What questions are good to ask of a new therapist to see what they can do for me?
