Yes...that would piss me off, big time.

One time I went with my daughter to her rheumatologist that she had been seeing monthly for 11 years. She examined daughter for about 20 minutes, spoke about changing her medication. Then the doc went to her computer to submit a rx to the pharmacy daughter uses. Looked directly at her and said "What's your name?"

We were at a different rheumatologist the following month.
