i have both as well and anxiety and depression, postraumatic stress disorder, sleeping disorder and might be bipolar. dont know yet i see a doctor and i have a counselor i go see, a therapist, a case worker, and someone else i cant remember. they gave me medicine for my depression, and ptsd,and anxiety but the med im taking im finding out it doesnt help me with my anxiety at all. but anyway the doctor is working with me one thing at a time and putting me on one med at a time so if anything happens or doesnt work or whatever he knows what he either needs to change, or take me of off it. i also have dislexia i dont know how to spell that lol. anyways welcome and u can chat with me anytime.
