I just made a (brief) post to update you all on the situation. As for me personally, I don't know. I have a T appointment next week. My child's T asked me to sign a release so that he and my T could talk. They'll have a lot to go over with this new neighbor stuff now. Anyway, I'm almost afraid of what my T will ask when I go in for my appointment, or what my kid's T will ask me at my kid's next appointment. I did tell them both before that this guy was touching me, but somehow I don't think either of them realized just what happened. I'm not sure it clicked with them. I was surprised (and relieved?) when neither of them asked me specifically what happened when he touch me. I updated my kid's T a couple nights ago about my plan for seeing my kids for the next weekend, and added a mention of my run-in with the neighbor that night. I told him how I mentioned to the guy that things had gone farther than I expected. I was still aggravated or frustrated by him when I called, so I'm sure it was in the sound of my voice, too. I thought that if I told him about that, it might help it "click" as to what happened in case it went over his head last time.
