It is kind of odd. I saw my last t for one and a half years and she never called me this so it leaves me confused about this T. She has said some strange things too but also she has pointed out things that my last T didn't notice.

I wouldn't find it worrying -- I think it's a good thing. I don't mean she is doing it with any awareness, I just wonder if she's trying to speak to the part of you that is hurt, which has your ex's name all over it.
I hope things work out with this T. That's pretty cool that she's already pointing new stuff out, even though you've only seen her a few times.

That's interesting! And I'm glad it helps. My former T did use my name rarely, and it was always for the purposes of being grounding. At least he never got it wrong
