but for some reason, my upper back (cervical spine area) is totallly spasmed.. I can barely roll out of bed, turn my head, lean forward etc... I've thrown ice, heat, TENS, rest, pain med and patches at it... stretching. heavy sigh... no PT till Monday. I thought it was storm stress induced...but it should be gone then! bahhumbug!
