Mania can hinder sleep...anyway to get you to slow down speedy?
Tonight before bed try going for a walk or something, then take a nice warm shower, then eat some carbs.

Then go to bed at a timely hour and just clear your mind and count sheep or something. The more u think of stuff, the more ull want to get up and do stuff.

Yes sleeping is healthy and needed.
