although i am depressed as hell i am glad to be living one more day my friends want to take me out to lunch actually they are dragging me out of bed, my h bought me a cake ( no appetite for a cake) and bought me a pair of sneakers which i highly appreciated, i start intensive therapy again starting tomorrow i dont even have the energy to go, but my h says its important i go anyway love u all
